Opera Cake

Opera Cake is a type of French cake. It is made with layers of almond sponge cake (known as Joconde in French) soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee buttercream, and covered in a chocolate glaze. According to Larousse Gastronomique "Opéra gateau is an elaborate almond sponge cake with a coffee and chocolate filling and icing." The cake was popularized by the French pâtisserie house Dalloyau.

Usually this cake made many layers, but i didn't :( since i only have two brass and i was planed to slice it like the master or chef did, but then i've failed (i want to cry).
So....that's why you wouldn't find the pretty layers on mine lol , but it's ok coz it had never change the taste.
When you eat every slice i promise you wouldn't stop, you'll be like in heaven, trust me!

Next time i'll use 6 brass, so i can show you "the heavens" ;)
