Many recipe I had read, most of all recommend to frost with cream cheese, but what a pity I dont have any cream cheese at my fridge. I had took apart my kitchen closet, pfuhhh finally I still have a whip cream. No matter, although No cream cheese here I can made them with whippy.... yippiiii......
This cake made 2 version, one is long haired cheese and another is choco ganache (I'll posting later).
Take a look at the slice, cutting of carrot still emerge clearly right? Yeach, I intentional to made them clearly visible, coz i want get a crisp sensation on it. Yess, It did i've got it in a bite ;) you should try this healthy cake.

Carrot Cake (Sumber: Bogasari Baking Center Cake Baking Course)
Bahan:Â
250 g Telur
300 g Gula kastor
2 g Garam
5 g Emulsifier
260 g Tepung Segitiga Biru
1 g Baking soda
1 g Baking powder
1 g Cinnamon bubuk
450 g Wortel (parut halus)
150 g minyak
Cara Membuat:
- Kocok telur, gula, garam hingga kental dengan speed tinggi. Masukkan emulsifier, kocok terus hingga kental dan meninggalkan jejak.
- Ayak bahan kering, kemudian masukan kedalam adonan dengan speed rendah hingga tercampur rata.
- Masukkan wortel parut, aduk rata.
- Masukan minyak perlahan kedalam adonan hingga tercampur rata.
- Tuangkan kedalam loyang bundar 20-22 m yang telah dialasi kertas.
- Panggang dengan suhu 180ºC selama 30 - 45 menit (lakukan tes tusuk).
